What does “BIO” mean at Kovin?
We only sell products made from natural materials — like miswak wood, bamboo, loofah, copper and carob. If a product has an official organic certification, we say so clearly on its product page.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery is free across Europe. Miswak orders usually arrive in 1–4 business days. Our other products usually arrive in 10–15 business days — every product page shows its delivery time.
Which countries do you ship to?
Portugal and the rest of the EU, plus the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in their original packaging. Just email us at support.kovin@gmail.com with your order number.
How do I use a miswak?
Peel about 1 cm of bark from the tip, chew it gently until it softens into bristles, then brush your teeth and gums. When the bristles wear out, trim the tip and repeat.
